About Us

About Us

We have chosen the name Rebellious Wellness Counseling because we believe that being yourself and living authentically is rebelling against the pressures of who others want you to be and what society sometimes makes us believe about success and happiness. We believe there is work to do to be and stay authentic.

“Where is your true North? Look there and dance in its direction. You are becoming more you with these steps. And gradually clarity comes. With clarity comes authenticity. Through authenticity, JOY. Find your true North and live there as often as you can.”
