Stacy Tarzy, LCSW
Stacy Tarzy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults, and families. Stacy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Social Work and earned her clinical license in 2000 after being supervised for clinical hours by Rebecca Christianson LCSW.
Stacy has a vast level of experience in different areas of social work. Prior to joining this practice, Stacy worked in mental health settings, both inpatient and outpatient. In addition, she worked for many years as a hospice social worker and a bereavement counselor. Most recently, she was an individual and family clinician at Garden State Behavioral Health. She is excited to share that experience and continue to utilize her clinical knowledge.
Stacy’s specialties include treating depression, anxiety, and grief and loss through a myriad of therapeutic approaches. Stacy primarily utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach but also uses skills and tools from other therapeutic models. Stacy tailors her treatment modalities to meet the needs of her clients. Stacy is passionate about treating every client with compassion, empathy, and respect while helping clients harness their strengths to help obtain the personal growth they desire.
